17th June Update Following Newton Abbot Race

 Another stunning day at Hawkesfield Farm,happy horses, great weather which means a very happy team! It was a fantastic day at Newton Abbot Race course yesterday. Tom O'brian gave Enchanting Smile at great run and they took 1st place! Brilliant news for the owner and Team Gillard! A P McCoy worked hard and managed to grab fourth place with Wicklewood. Disapointingly Tenby Jewel unseated the jockey at the first hundle. Both Tenby Jewel and Wicklewood trotted up sound this morning and Enchanting Smile is a little sore, not surprising after her powerful win yesterday! We have more exciting entries lined up for this week, so we shall keep you updated.

Pippa and Mark are currently hosting the annual summer Royal Ascot Picnic Event, at Royal Ascot today. After a busy few days orgainsing it has all come together and what a perfect day for it! I hope all the owners and other guests attending the event have a fabulous time!
